Article 50, quickly
What is EU AI Act Article 50?
The transparency rule that requires AI-generated image, audio, video, and text reaching EU audiences to carry machine-readable marking. It applies from August 2, 2026.
Does it apply to my agency if we are outside the EU?
It attaches to content placed in front of EU audiences, not to where you are based. If your work runs in the EU market, the obligation reaches it.
What does Archibal actually produce?
